The Great Big Idea community is committed to building and sustaining a global, inclusive, community. This community is committed to creating a world where living the life of your dreams is a birthright.
This begins with the view that all of earth's inhabitants are equally deserving of what they want, and that human made barriers to their happiness and to their liberty to choose and seek the life they truly desire can be eliminated. We are committed to removing these barriers. We also strive to grant being to all with a view for celebrating and valuing the diversity of all humanity.
In this quest, we see an advantage in reaching the children of the world. Focusing only on the adult population creates the almost never ending task of educating new generations as they mature. Reaching the youth of the world will allow maturing young people the opportunity of educating their children who will educate their children. Our community will continue to advocate and support philosophies, programs, and organizations that contribute to the transformation of youth world view toward a view for global community.
We view ourselves, first, as citizens of The Universe. As universal citizens, we know no alien. On the other hand, nationalism with its local viewpoint, while not wrong, works for exclusion, selfishness, and separation and sets itself in opposition to universal cooperation and against an inclusive view of life with aims for global community. We see a world without artificial borders, a world where each human is welcome no matter where he or she finds himself or herself, a world where resources are viewed as a common trust, where we recognize a universally common stake in the liberty, peace, and prosperity of all humans.
We base this claim to citizenship on the context of our universal nature and our relationship to universal source for our existence. We see no superiority of viewpoint in our own limited view. We see and operate from a context of universality. This relationship to universal source is contextual and is chosen, we also have created and chosen to view this context of universal consciousness, universal life, universal source, as a context of universal spirituality. This community recognizes itself as a global spiritual community.
Awakening and Enlightening the Global Community
Awakening our global community to the power of universal relationship or wholeness is one of the operational cornerstones of who we are and what we are up too. Providing avenues for the enlightenment of humanity to the experience of commonness and wholeness (wholiness) is at the core of our purpose. We view this awakening and enlightenment as owning or possessing and operating from an access to and an exercise of the power of presence to the universal nature of self. We are at work bringing this awakening and enlightenment to all who are willing to listen and embrace it.
