Steve Roberts is the chief architect in developing the curriculum for the Beyond Impulse—Ultimate Workshop. Steve has emerged as a powerful public speaker and has been featured at both local and international functions, including the annual Conference for Global Transformation in San Francisco, CA. Roberts’ fifteen plus year education and inquiry into what it is to be human and to lead an effective life led him to author both newspaper and international journal articles on various topics around the theme of transforming how we live our lives.

After a decade of effective coaching people in all areas of personal success and relationship, Steve led the development of a new nine-month program for obese individuals. The program launched these individuals on the journey to health by first helping them fall in love with themselves and then by teaching them how to surround themselves with a team of people dedicated to getting them to their target weight and maintaining it once they achieved that goal.

Roberts, who is also an accomplished fine artist, remembers the fear he had as a boy living through the Cuban missile crisis of the early 60’s. Out of that fear dreamed of painting a painting that would cause people to stop and consider what was going on, a painting that would move people to create peace in the world. He has come to see his work with individuals and groups as an expression of that dream, and believes that the Ultimate Workshop is at least in part the medium through which he can move the world to peace.
